By accessing and using the KamilEdu platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the KamilEdu platform, including but not limited to School Administrators, Teachers, Staff, and Parents/Guardians accessing through their respective portals.

Account registration is handled by the KamilEdu specialist team during institutional onboarding. Each user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the platform
• Reporting any unauthorized activity on their account
• Not sharing account access with unauthorized parties

The KamilEdu platform is provided exclusively for educational management purposes. Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to access other users' data without permission
• Distributing inappropriate or harmful content
• Taking actions that could damage or disrupt the platform

All content, design, logos, and technology used in the KamilEdu platform are the property of PT Kamil Labs Indonesia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent from PT Kamil Labs Indonesia.

KamilEdu strives to provide a reliable and secure service with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, we are not responsible for losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions beyond our control (force majeure)
• Data input errors made by users
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms and conditions. Educational institutions may end their use of the service with written notice in accordance with the applicable contract terms.

After termination, school data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, allowing institutions time to migrate data if needed.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled through the applicable legal channels in the Republic of Indonesia.
